Minutes of the last regular session were read and approved as read. !I
A notice was received from the Washington State Liquor Control Boerd that a transfJr
of license Was given from Darcy Eli Collings to Wilfred D. DeNers, d/b/a Village Store, :'
Quilcene. ~
Representati vas of the State Highway Department appaared and requested approval of II
the Board fOr the extension of the new State Highway from Center to Discovery Bay. The il
approval of the BOf.U'd Was granted and the plan approved as presented. II
For the purpose of improving the Lindsay Road (Co. Road No. 20-1.45) Resolution i,
No. C-603 was signed as follows:

Ii' IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY OOMMISSIONERS that it is their intention
to improve by clearing, grubbing, grading, draining and surfacing approximately 0.34
mile of the Lindsay Beach section of the Lindsay Road (Co. Rd. No. 20-1.45)
BE IT RlR'l'HER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is
hereby appropriated sums in tle following detail:

relative to salaries for road employees. :
Mr. Geore;e McCleary appeared and explained to the Board the necessity of paying the:,
billa of the County Fair Association before the State allocation from the State Fair
Fund is received. A request \'18S made for $1,000.00 to be transferred to the Fair Fund 'i
and to be repaid as soon as the State Money is recei vade The Board signed Resolution NO'1'
C-604 giving the Treasurer authority to transfer $l,OOO.OO from the Current Expense Fund:i
to the County l"air Revolving Fund until the State money is received. II
