'J.'he Honorable Board of Jefferson Cou:nty Commissioners met- in regular seSSion with all members pres'~nt. A pormit was requested from Bell Telephone Company to place underground cable along the North side of the 4 Corners Road .from S.S.H #9 easterly approximately 1200 feet, alSo t..o push H" iron pipe under the road at three locations. Upon motion moWe by George Huntingford, seconded by Walter A. Kelly, the permit was granted. .. Easements from Rayonier, Inc., to Je'.ffers en County were received as follOWS; Quinau1t River Road througO the S~NE~, Sec. 36 T. 24 N., R 9 W., and relocation of Upper Hoh County Road Sec. 25 T. 27 N.-, R 11 West. Upon motion of Walter KeJJ.y, seconded by George Huntingford, the County will pay $300.00 for these easements and a Quit Claim deed will be issued by Rayonie'r, Inc. The members of the Board proceeded to the Treasurer's office and counted cash. The amount of $946.18 was fbund CX)I'ract for cash on hand. The Treasuer's report Wus signed by the Board members. A call for bids was made for February 1, 1965 at 11: 00 A. M., for two dump t:tUcks fbr the County Road Department, to be in accord with specifications.
