A letter was received from the P3pt. of Natural Resources stating the County's sharar
of money recei ved from R. J. MacDonald for Road Use Permit under App. #30072 over E~NE~ 'i
Sec. 34, and WkNW~, NW~ SWk Sec. 35, T. 27N., R 1 W., wlll be $20.00. Ii
An applici.ltion was received from Bonneville Power Administration for a franchise foril
transmission line..across Jefferson County Road No. 34 (West Uncas Road), Monday, May 3, :;
1965 at ll:GO A. M., was set for hearing on same. i
The members 01 the Board signed the Treasurer's report after counting the cash in tq,e
Treasurer's office and finding the amount of $1,714.40 to be correct for cash on hand i11i

The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with all
members present. I'
Mr. Joseph Daniels of 1920 4th Ave., No., Seattle 9, appeared and discussed a propos~~
vacati on of a road in the Mats Mats al'ea. It was suggested he contv'nct an attorney to I'
have the proper legal papers drawn up. 'I
Mr. Arthur Ward appeared and discussed a preliminary plat - Brinnonwold Plat. The ,
Commissioners, by motion made by Georgo Huntingford, seconded by Lyall Arey, gave permi~sion
to proceed with the platting.
Mr. Edwin Becker appeared and preoanted a preliminary plat "Albert Balch and Harry ,
Cotton to Cotton Park" near the Airport, and Hiddendale Tracts Addition in Quil cane Rive I
tracts Sec. 27 T. 27N, R 2 W, at Quilcene, nour Mt. Walter for Maurico Anderu3on. Tho,
preliminary plata were approved by motion made by Lrall ArGY, seconded by George Huntin -
ford. Mr. H08l1 Goldsmi th appeared for the liiddenda e 'l'raot, and the matter Wuo continu d
to May 3rd. .
