This being the time advertised for hearing on the proposed vacation of' certain County Roads, Engineer Edwin Becker submitted his r aport am requested the vacation of these roads. Upon motion of' Lyall Arey, seconded by Walter A. Kelly, the vacation was granted. Resolution No. 0-617 was sLgned as follows: RESOLUTION NO. c-6l7 i! This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's report 1'1ithii respect to the vacation and abandonment of' those portions of oounty roads set forth in II Resolution No. 610 adopted the 19th day of April, 1965, and it appearing to the Board :1 of County Commissioners that notice of hearing upon said Engineer's report has been :i posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such ii posting and publication being now on fi le herein, and said Board having proceeded to ii consider the report of the Engineer, together with the other evidence adduced and being Ii fully advised in the premises, does nOvl find ",nd determine ;i Ii :I (l) ThC1t those portions hereinafter described are not useful as parts of the ii' County Road sy stem j (2) That the public will be benefited by the vacation thereofj NO\'l 'l'HEREFORE BE :ci RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED that ;1 1.
