SECTION XI
The proceeds of the tax imposed hereunder shall be credited to the county
school fund monthly 1hr distribution to the school districts entitled thereto
PROVIDED 1 Tha t one per cent of th e proceeds of this tax lilall be credited to'
the County Current Expense Fund, out of W1ich all cost and expense of admini-
stering this ordinance. including cost of printing stamps am fonns of affidavit
and receipts and other forms \'ohich may be necessary. shall be paid.
SECTIO N XII
This ordinance 18, deemed severable and any declartion by any cx>urt that
any section or sections. or portions thereof, are invalid, shall have no
effect on the remainder of this ordinance.

SECTION XIII
This ordinance is necessary for the immeclia to support of county government
and its existing public institutions and shall take effect May 1, 1965, and
shall remai n in effec:atll and including May 1, 1966.
