Minutes of the last regular meeting ware read and approved as read. Mr. Gael S'tuart appearing and presented his selection for the Committee for the Economi c Opportuni ty Act as fo llows: Glenn Abraham, Violet Butler, Fred Conover, James Feeley, Robert Grimm, Floyd Hill, , Norene Keogan, Dewey Jones, Walter Kelly, E. G. Llndquist,' Thomus Lieb, RUl.lsell Sheffer,j, Gael Stuart and Leo Ziel. Upon motion made by Lyall Arey, secorxted by George Huntinrford the above appointments were accepted. ! Mr. Lew Pickering from the Department of Natural Resources appeared and presented a plan for Aerial photography. The members of the Board having previouoly approved this, the agreement was signe d. , Mr. Cecil Clark appeared with a letter siE}'led by t\tenty one residents of the Mats Mats area requesting some relief from the cOOIsge caused by blusting at the General Constl'uction Company Quarry. Mr. George Simpokes also appeared. The members of the Board w111 proceed to the Quarry on' \~ednesduy to ascertain if any damage has occurred to the County Road I, in that viCinity. ' 11:00 A. M. This being the time advertised for opening bids for improvement of 1.250 miles of County Road 9 ('l'horndyke Road-Seahome Section) by cleuring, grubbing and drain-; ing, gr<.lding and surfacing.
