The Honorable Bpard of Jeffera:m County Commissioners met in regular session wi. th
all members present.
Mr. Eugene Forest appeared wi. th Mr. Joseph Daniels regardi ng vacation of abandoned
County road known as Prospect St., adjacent to Lots l7, le and 19, Block 5, and a
porti on of Lot l" Block 6, Plat of Ma'Cs Mats Beach, whi ch was set for hearing this date
at 10: A. M. After due consideration the members agreed to aracate the road, upon
moti on of Lyall Arey, seconded by George Huntingford.
Mrs. Lee C. Davis appeared relati ve to funds needed for the County Library and
Museum.
Mr. Dalbert Leaf appeared relative to the vacation of a street in Irondale.
A group of residents of I~rrowstone Island appeared and requested an extension of a
road for access to their property. As 9Jon as the bulldozer is finished \'lith present
construction work, the members agreed to have the \\Ork done of roughing out a road.
Mr. Keith Coleman and Mr. Howard Riddell appeared with Preliminary plat of
Cape George Village #4. The hearing \'las set for August 16, 1965 at ll:OO A. M. Upon
A notice was received from the U. S. Dept. of Agriculture stating the estimated
figure for Forest Funds for Jefferson County will be $581,273.00.

The Honorable Board of Jeffer9Jn County Commissioners met in regular session with
all membere present.

No. 10. The Board fixed the df.lte of August 16, 1965 at 11:00 A. M. for hearing.
Notices were received from the Department of Hatul"ul Resources that the County's
! share of money received from Gua Wyckoff for rental on brush lease No. /154461 will be
$16.00 and from Ollie Stamper fbr rental on brush lease No. 57438 will be $32.00.

were postod according to law. No objections hovine been received, a motion wan made by
Lyall Arey, seconded by George Huntingford granting permission to proceed with the Plat.
'l'he members of the Board proceeded to Coyle and Irondale to inspect the work on
those roads.
Resolution No. C-6l9 for work on the Thorndyke Road was signed as follows:
