Mr. Marvin A. Tar-r appeared representing Quilcene, School District No. 41! in regarji
to FederaL For-est Funds. He made the suggestion that Quilcene Dis trict be allowed t\'lO I
years'distribution of Feder",l Funds beginning in the F'aU of 1966 for the school years
1966-67 and 1967-68. By receiving funds from the Fore'st money every other year, thEl I
Quilcene schools would lose monies from Law 874 only every other year. This was taken
