This also being the tirlle set for hearing on the vacation of that portion of County
Road No. 102, being the former location of Primary State Hi6hway #9 the Board, on the ,
recommendation of the County Engineor that the public will be benefitted by its vacatio~I,
doclared to vacate said road. Publication of the hearing was done in accordance ~dth t~e
law. Mr. Eugene Forest represented the residents of the district and the motion for II'
vacation was made by Lyall Aroy, seconded by George Huntingford, with tpe stipulation I'
that access be granted to the Utility Companies. Order of Vacation was signed as follows:

Broders for an order vacating,

County by the Stute of Washington, effective November 10, 1952),
beginning ut the intersection with the highway approach at approximate
Sti.1te Highv;ay Station 340 ... 20j thence northerly through Section 7 ~
Township 29 North, Range 1 West, W. M., and Sections 1 and 12,
Township 29 North, RanGe 2 West, W. M~, to the Junction with
Primary State Highway H9 ut approximate State Highway Station 260 + 00,
