'1I....1f The members of the Board proceeded to the Treasurer's office 8Jld counted cash and found the amount of $980.49 correct for cash on hand, am members signed the Treasurer's report. The amount of IIOO,578j20 was correct for cash on hand December )1, 1965. ' An application for sale of County pro[lerty was approved for Lots 2 and 4, Block 38, Original Townsite, Port Townsend, offered ,180.00, by Fred Okert, Jr. Recess at 4:00 p.m. . Monday, January 17, 1966. The Honorable Board of Jefferson County CommissL oners met in regular session wi th all members present. A petition was received, signed by 24 residents of Hadloclc for incorporation of the Town of Hadlock. A motion was made by Lyall Arey, seconded by George Huntingford, to turn the petition over to the Engineer's office to che ck the description of the boundaries. I Mr. Phil Copps appeared in regard to the Jeffers on County Planning Commission. County Engineer Edwin Becker presented a proposal by the State whereby the State will turn over right of ways to the COlinty purchased by the State for construction of County road approaChes. The members of the Board approved th e proposal. , : County Engineer Edwin Becker presented a petit ion by the State asking that the Countf ~I release the State from any further obligations from the detour agreement No. GC-14l9" : ii The members approved this.
