'" , Due to the insuffi cient no ti c e of hearing publ1 ahe d in regard to the public hearing on the propos ed incorporation of 'the Town of Hadlock, the members of the Board fixed the time of hearing for Tuesday, the 15th day of February, 1966 on the matter and Resolution No. C-631 was signed by the Board members as follows. : RESO~UTION NO. C-631 WHEREAS it appears under the terms 0 f Resolution 110. 0-630, adopted January 31, 1966, that the not! ce required as contemplated by statute concerning the proposed incorporation of the Town of Hadlock is insufficient and ex>rrection should be made, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolutl on No. C-630 aforesaid be to all intents and purposes ratified and confirmed save and except tha. t the hearing date and time and place for hearing be amended to read on Tue sday, the 15 th day of February, 1966, at the hour of 11:00 o'clock in the forenoon of said day, and BE 'IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of Resolution No. C-630 aforesaid, as amended by this resolution, be publi shed in haec verba in the Port TO\lllsend Leader as provided by law. C-632 WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, that it is 1ldud:r in the public interest, and in the financ:l.al interest of all taxpayers of Jefferson County, that in order to oontinue wLth oounty road expansion and development, instead of, making purchase of certain lands and premises thusly needed, or by proceeding in condem- . nation, that the provisions of Chapter 4 of the Laws of Washington, 1963, as amended by Chapter 21 of the Laws of WaShington, 1965, offer an avenue of approach or vehicle of accomplishment not heretofore afforded to this Board, and for this purpose the same aso hereby invoked, and consonant therewith the Board finds: (1) That Quilcene Grange No. 1109 is the owner of the following described real . estate, for this reBoluti~'n denoted as Parcel No.1, to-wit: The south 290 feet of that portion of The Port 'l'ownsend Southam Railroad right of way in the northeast quartar (NE;) of section twenty..tour (24) township twenty-seven (27) north, range 2 west, W.
