The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessit.y
and the County Road Enginoer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to roport and proceed
thereon as by law provided.
BE rr FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose bel performed by day labor in accordance with
the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as adoptod by
thi s Board.
ADOPTED THIS 21st day of March, 1966.
