Treasurer the foregoing affidavit stating, in addition to the other requlrementi!l p

located, and an estimate, to the b est of his knowledge, or the selling price
ultimately to be received and shall pay to the County TreasurClr undor this ord-
inance a sum equal to one per cent of such estitn'ated solling price which sum i ce
shall not be cred! tltd by the treasurer to the school fund but ahali be retainsd
in a separate account. On the expiration date of such timber contract, if not
extended, or at the time cutting anc removal is complertad, whichever is earlier
it shall be the duty of seller to execute and file wi. th the County Treasurer
an addJ.ti onalat'tidavi t in the above fbrm setting out 'ehe selli ng pri ae actually
paid. In the event such amount results in a tax great'er tharl tho I!iUm thereto-
tore paid on the estimate the seller shall pay au eh add! tional amount to the
county treasurer who shall thereupon place this amount, together wIth the sum
orig1nally cWposi ted, to the cred.1.t of the school fund in the uwal mannf:lr. In
the event such amount be less than the original estimate the treasurer is heri1l-
by directed to reftmd thlt exoess paymen t to th6 taxpayar and credit the balance
to the School fund as abovo.
