This being the time advertised fur hearing on. the application for franchise for
crossing certain Jefferson County roads for the Bonneville Power Administ.ration's
Kitsap-fairmount .NO. 1. TRANSMISSION lin8 and notices having been pl)sted and publiS'bed
in conformance with the law, and no objections having been entered, the Franchise was
signed as fbllows:

The application of the United STates of America, DEpartment of the INterior
acting through the Bonneville Power Administrator, and its assigns, for a franchlso to
construct, operate and maintain one or more electric power transmission circuits with
appurtenant fi xtures across, over and upon th e righ t of. way 0 f the county road or roads
hereinafter described, having come regularly on for hCllari ng on the 6th day of May J 1966,
before the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington, under the
provisions of R. C. W. SO.32.0.}.0, am it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners
that publi c noti ce of s aid hearing was duly g1 ven as required by Js..l, and that it is for
the public interest to grant the franchise applied for, it is
ORDERED that a franchise be and the same hereby is granttld to the United Stateaof
America and its assigns (hereinafter referred to as "the holderlt)" for a period of fifty
years from the date of the entry of this order, to construct, operate and maintain one
or more electric power transmission circuits, together with the necossary towers, poles
and othe r fixtures appurtenant thereto, subje ct to the terms and oond:!. tions hereinafter
enumerated, acr03s, over, and upon the rig.ht of \'/aY of the follo\'dng described county
