II. I All costs of construction, repair, alteration, relocation or removal of said electric power transmission circuits and appurtenant .f1xtures shall be paid by the United States of America. III. I IV In the event that all or anJ' part of said county road or roads sm.ll become a primary state highway, and thereafter, by reason of the construction: repair, improvemen't~ al teration or relocation of all or any portion of said pr:.tmary state highway a.s determiqed by the Director of Highways of the State of Washington, i,t. shall become necessary, in the opinion of sdd Director of Highways, to remove or relocate any or all of said electric ,: power transmission circuits and appurtenant fixtures from said highway, the holder agrees to remove or relocate said electri c power transnission circu.its and appurtenant fixtures immediately, and at its own expense wi thin the 11mi ts of appropriations av"ailabe therefor, to the place or places on said state highway designated by said Director of Highways. . V. The work of constructing, removing and relocating all or any part of said electric' power transmission circuits end fixtures appurtenant thereto shall be performed by the holder in compliance with paragraph I, and without unnecessary interference with traffio upon or along said cwnty road or roads. None of such mrk shall be undertaken or carri"d on without ten days' written notice having been first g!. ven to said Board of County Commissioners. I VI. Any and all damage or injury done or caused to be done to said cCAmty road or roads, or to any portion therof, in the construction, operation or maintenance of slid electrie power transmission circuits shall be immediately repaired and reconstructed by the holdaI' within the limits of appropriations available therefor and under the supervision and to the satisfaction of said Board of County Commissioners. Except where in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners an emergency exLsts, notice in writing of such repairs or reconstn\ction required of the holder hereunder shall be given to the hold.er.
