all membe rs present.
Mr. William E. Casey sent in his resignation as Water Comm:tssioner foX' Jefferson
county Water District No.2. This resigna,tion was accepted. Upon motion of ,Lyall Arey
seconded by George Huntingford, ~~. Arthur Holly ~as appointed to the position of
! Water Commissioner.
Mr. W. J. Daly appeared and presented a proposition of transfer of County land,
with privately-owned rand and upon considering the matter, Re:301ution No. C-642 'was sign~d
authorizing the Prosecuting Attorney to take steps through the Superior Court to effect :1
a transfer with Berenice Martin as fullo'jolS:
