The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with ! Commissioners Walter Kelly and Lyall Arey present. Commissioner George Huntingford attended a meeting in Olympia. Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved as read. Mrs. Sue Roy appeared with the Plat of Watney's Sunlandia. Lyall Arey made a motion seconded by Walter A. Kelly to accept the Plat ofWatney's Sunlandia. Motion carried. Applications for sale of County property were received from Ralph J. Theriault, Route 1, Port Townsend for Chalmers 2nd Addition, Lot 23, Block 35 - offered $25.00. Application approved. Mr. Arthur Swanson I Co~tl Treasurer appeared and recommended County Contract No. $19 for Real estate for Patricia L. Lee, which is in arrears five installments, be cancelled. Chairman Walter A. Kelly signed Order to Cancel Contract. An application for liquor license was approved as follows: . Charles Gramann Bostwick and Erma Marie Bostwick, d.b.a Discovery Bay Tavenn, Rou te 2, Port Towns end BEF This was a transfer from Chester Isaac Northup and Mildred Lucie11e Northup. The Honorable Board of Jefferson County COMMissioners met in regular sessi on wi th all members present. " A NOTICE was received from the Washington State Liquor Control Board stating the liquor license issued to Chester Isaac Northup and Mildred Lucielle Northup d/b/a Discovery Bay Tavern, Star Route 2, Lots 3 and 4, Port Townsend, has been transferred to Charles Gramann Bostwick and Erma i'fJarie Bostwi ck, under the same trade name as of August 1, 1966. The Board members proceeded with the County Engineer to view the road from Port Ludlow to Paradise Bay, part of which is to be up for bids on August 15th. Monday, August 15, 1966. This being the time advertised for opening bids for improvement of 1.26 mi. of Port Ludlow to Paradi se Bay Road, Co. Rd. P. Kvinsland was accepted for this work in the amount of $27,392.50. Resolution No. C-650 for improving by clearing, grading and draining 1.2 mi. of Co.
