The Honorable Board of Jefferson
all members present.
Mr. John W. Simpson appeared relative to Clallam-Jefferson Community Action
Council including their premiums for Industrial Insurance in the County report. A
motion made by Lyall Arey, seconded by George Huntingford that upon appro~ by the
State, this can be accomplished by the County Auditor.

For the purpose of assisting the County Fair Board in the payment of their premium~
for the County Fair, Resolution No. C-654 was signed transferring $3,000.00 temporarilt
froQ) the Current Expense Fund to the County Fair Fund until their State allocation is ;:

IT APPEARS TO THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that the Jefferson ;:
County Fair Revolving Fund does not have suff1cient cash on hand to pay all the expensas
(premiums) of the Fair until their allocation from tho Sta.te Fair Fund is received, an4

BE IT RESOLVED under authority vested by RCW 36.37.040, The County Treasurer is
empowered to transfer fUnds from the Current Expense Fund of the County to the County
Fair Fund, and
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the County Treasure!,' transfer ~3, 000.00 to the County
Fair Fund and whan the allocation from the State Fair FUnd is recei ved, the Treasurer
shall f1rst deduct from such remittance the money heretofore transferred and the said
sum of $3,000.00, and credit the same to the CURRENT EXPENSE Jo'UND.
