The Honorable Board of ' Jaffer son County Commissioners met in regular session with all members present. Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved as read. Mr. John Swift and Mr. John Prins, representing Olympic Park Properties confel"'red wi th the Board on a Plat wi. th f'1 ve uni ts on the Quinaul t River in the itest End of the County. October l7th at 11:00 A. M., was set for a preliminary hearing on Unit #1. Mr. \\lit Fisher from Bee Mill Road (camp Parsons) in this County, appeared and requested work on the road to avoid flooding of the underpass on the road. The County Engineer will ascertain the amount of road work necessary. Mr. Robert Harper appeared and requested to have Muncie Street opened to the property he is qcquirine. It is closed at Mrs. Pattener's property. This idll be takon under advisement. This is in Quilcene. ' Mr. Stanton Carter appeared. He owns property next to Bridgehaven Plat! and wishes to develop it. He is requesting that owners of Bridgehaven put a tide gate n to keep from washing out his property. He was advised to consult the owners of Brldgehaven. Mrs. Doris Coates of Brinnon appeared relative to making a request for $16,000.00 I from the Federal Forest Funds for the Brinnon School Distric'c. This will be considered when the Federal Forest Funds are distributed to the schools. ~r. Jack Johnson appeared with the Preliminary Plat of Cape George Village #5. October 17, 1966 at Ll:30 A. M., was set for h(l~ring on the Plat. The petition of John C. Newsom presented September 6th requesting that roads be opened into the ~ksw~ Sec. 12, T. 29 N., R. 1 W. W. M., was denied by the Board. For the purpose of improving a portion of Paradise Bay Streets, Resolution No. C- 657 was signed as follows: I I RESOLUTION NO. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail: County Road Funds Donations, etc. Total .
