A notic~ was received from tile Washington State Liquor Control B0ard, stating that
the license issued to Wilbert Manville Gainer Estate, and Bonnie Rutp Gainer, d/b/a
Gainer's Grocery, Box 78, Port Ludlow, has been discontinued and license submitted to
the State.
A notice was received that the application of Conley D. Rodgers, et ux, d/b/a Hoh
River Resort, Rl, Forks, for EF license was disapproved as location is not acceptable
for licensing and volume of grocery business is not substantial.

This being the time set for he~ring, ~r. John SWift and MR. John Prins, representing
Olympic PARK PROPERTIES, appeared with the Preliminury Plat of Olympic Park Recreation
Tracts. 'l'he hearing was set for 11:00 A. ~., and affidavit of posting wa.s filed with the
Auditor. Upon motion of George Huntingford, seconded by Lyall Arey, the approval of the
Com issioners was given to proceed with the Plat, and a suggestion was mude to change
the name to.Quinault RIVEr RECREATIon 'l'racts, Division I. This was approved by the
platters.
Mr. Jack Johnson appeared with Mr. Howard DEnt of Gardiner and discussed the Plat
of Rondelay Acres #1, in Gardiner with the Board members and Engineer Becker.

This being the time set for hearing, Mr. Jack Johnson also appeared relative to the
Preliminary Plat of Cape George Village #5 Plat. Lyall Arey made a motion, sedonaed by
George Huntingford, to proceed with the Plat. Affidavit of Posting was filed ~dth the
Auditor.
