It was necessary to check these bids before awarding the contract. Januar'y 3,
1967 was set for making the awards.

Mr'. Albert O. Pr:nce, representing Mrs. Helen Pattsner, appeared, relative to Ii
opening Muncie Street at Q.uilcene for 2 additional blocks. Mr. Glenn Abraham appeared,:1
representing Robert Harper who desires to hflve the street opened to have access to this!1
property. Mr. Prince stated Mrs. Pattsner will not give an easement at this tIme. To ~
be continued until Mrs. Pattsner returns to the State. ~

Mr. Martin Scheckert appeared relative to plattIng an unnamed Plat on the Coyle II
Peninsula, Sec. 27, Twp. 26 N., R 1 West. Permission by the Board was given to proooed~
Wi th the Plat, upon motion by Lyall Arey, seconded by George Huntingford. Arrangements ';
for oiling the road will be made with Engineer Becker. January 16, 1967 at 11 :00 A.M., il
was set for hearing on the Preliminllt'y flat. II

Mr. Neil Pendley, representing the Teamster's Union, appeared and present a Wage ~
Agreement, for the County Road Employees. The Board members signed the agreement.
