RESOLUTION NO. C-665
Petition having heretofore been fii~d with the Board of County Commissioners of I
Jefferson County on the 5th day of December, 1966, for the annexation to Jefferson ,:11
County Fire Protection District No.2, as hereinafter more specifically set for~h, and
it appearing that more than sixty percent of all the qualified registered electors Ii
residing with the territory proposed to be annexed in the. petition for the annexation, II
and that the Fire Commissioners of Jefferson County Fire District No.2 concurred there!n
and the Commissioners finding that pursuant to the provislons of R;C.W. 52.080.060 an e~e
election is not required and the Coun,ty Commissioners deeming that the Petition of J,
Annexation should be granted and such determination having been mal e, now therefore: 11
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, State of II
Washington, that all the land situated in Jefferson County. described as follows, to..w1 d
Sections 16, 17, ao, 21, 28, 29, 31, 32 and 33, ~
