BE rr RESOLVED and this Board of County COIlIIIissioners tor Jefferson
County does now consider the foll.otdng described and numbered integral.
part of the Jefferson county road ~em to be useless. to-wit:
County Road No. 3OB, Ludlow Streets
and does hereby declare its intention to vacate and abandon the same, but
before doing so hereby directs the County Road Engineer to examine the said
county road herein proposed to be vacated and report back to this Board in
1. His opinion as to whether the same should be vacated and abandoned;
2. Whether the same is in use erchBD been in ~aJ

writing and as soon as possible,
3. The condition of the roadJ
4. Whether it will be advise able to preserve it for the county road
system in the f'ut:.ure;
5. Whether the public will be benefitted by the vacation and abandonment,
and,
6. All other facts, matters and things concerning the proposod vacation
which to this Board of County Commissioners will be of importance.
ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 1961.
