3 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of R~w 36.$7.010,
4 on March 6, 1967, the Board of County Commissioners for
5 Jefferson County, Washington, adopted its Resolution numbered
6 D - 5, wherein said Board declared ita intention to vacate
7 and abandon

County Road No. 308
and directed the County Road En~ineer to make report in the
particulars required by RCW 36.e7.040 upon such proposed
vacation and abandonment, and,
vlliEREAS, the said County Road En~ineer having made,
returned and filed with t he County Auditor for Jefferson
County, his report in writin~1 which is now available for
public inspection, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
That on Monday, the 17th day of April, 1967, at the
hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day at the
Commissioners' Room in the Courthouse, Port Townsend,
Washington, the Board will proceed to consider the report
of the County Road Engineer, to~ether '~th any evidence for
or objection against such vacation and abandonment, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
That a copy of this Resolution be published at least
once a week for two consecutive weeks preceding the date
hereby fixed for said hearin~ in the Port Town$end Leader
and a copy hereof be posted for at least twenty (20) days
preceding tho date so fixed at each tennini of County Road
No. 30e proposed to be vacated and abandoned.
