Homer Smith.of Homer Smith Agency appeared relative to the ipsurance on the Court-
house. Hartford Fire Insurance Company Group valued the full replacement cost of the
Courthouse at ~64$,357.00 and the Courthouse garage at $6,000.00. The following are
the appraised figures arrived at and itemized:

Arey made the motion which was seconded by Walter Kelly and passed unanimously to
insure the Courthouse for $525,000.00 and the contents for $lOO,OOO.OO, the garage
be covered for $6,000.00 with Mr. Homer Smith's Agency representing Hartford Fire
Insurance Company Group. Premiums ~ll be:
