The Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County hereby agrees that upon county
concurrence and the award of the contract for Federal Aid Secondary Project 5-0497(3),
Quilcene-Center Road, Griffith Road Section, it will execute the required Finance
Resolution and Agreement to provide reimbursement to the State for all funds expended
on the project+ The amount of Federal Aid participating funds will be returned to
the counties when received from the Bureau of Public Roads.

TRANSFER RESOLUTION AND REQUEST FOR THE DIRECTOR OF HIGHWAYS
TO PERFORM CERTAIN WORK
Before the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington.
It is HEREBY RESOLVED 'oy the Board of County Commissioners that the Director ofi
Highways is authorized and directed to make expenditures as are necessa;ry from available;1
state funds for and on behalf of the County of .Jefferson to the extent of six hundred !,
($600.00) dollars as a part of the county's participating share and cost of the above
mentioned project.
to the amount of ,Six .hundred and nO/lOO ($600.00) Dollars being an amount not in excess
of the amount 0 f money now credi tad or' reasonably anti cipated to aCTue to Jefferson
County in the Motor Vehicle Fund during the 1967 Biennium, and ,
Authorization is hereby granted for the withholding from the allocation of fuel
tax revenues tp Jefferson County, from the Motor. Vehicle Find, an amount not in excess
of the above specified sum, for the Bse of the Director of Highways to defray the costs I'
incurred in the performance of the aforesaid requested work, and upon completion of the :1
cost of all labor, equipment, material, supplies, and engineering, authorization is made;!
to effect reimbursement to the Department of Highways in the amount of such cost from i:
the funds wi. thheld, however, not to exceod t,he a138vo specifi ed sum wi th any unexpended ::
balance to be released to Jefferson County and to iincluded in the next succeeding
warrant covering fuel tax allotments, all in accordance with ROW 47.08.080.
