The Honorable Board of County Commissioners met in regular session with all members
\ present.
Ii Bill Aker and \1ayne DePui s appeared regarding Marshall \'lilliams addi tion at Triton
'i Cove.
11 Application for sale of county land from Harley Horton recieved for portion of
I! Lot 6, Blbck 92, Original Township of Cit~ =f Port Townsend as it is adjacent to an
ii apartment house he is going to buy. Commissioners felt since sale is not as yet
Ii consumated, the consideration can be held in abeyance for awhile.
I: The following resolution wEls approved:

Ii Due to the inc:tease, salary schedule of Court Reporters as determined by recent act
jof the State Legislature, there appears to be a deficit in the budget of the Superior
\Court requiring the immediate appropriation of money for the purpose, which has been
inow (in conformity with letter of the Hon. Joseph H. Johnston hereto attached) fixed
!at the amount of ~2g6.l4, therefore, .

II BE IT RESOLVED and an emergency is hereby found and declared to exist to meet such
,contingency and the County Auditor for Jefferson County be and she is hereby authorized
,i and empowered to draw emergency warrants on the Current Expense ,Fund of Jefferson County
I:chargeable as aforesaid, in an amount not exceeding said sum'of $2a6.l4 and that the same
ibeing required to meet a mandatory situation this resolution shall take effect forthwitl~

ADOPTED this 3rd day of July, 1967.
