riBE IT RESOLVED that we, the Board of Jefferson 'County Commissioners do hereby authorize
Ii the County Auditor to expend the necessary funds, not to exceed $9 000.00 to equip the
':Auditor's office with a bookkeeping machine, including initial au~liary equipment and
II supplies, capable of performing all the bookkeeping processes of the Auditor's officlt
II now done by duplicating hand entry methods. ~~chine to be purchases at Government
: price.
,i Order may be placed now with expenditure to be paid in cash after the 1968 Budget is
I! effective. At that time the portion of their (Auditor's portion) Budget - budgeted to
hCapitai Outlay for this purpose will be paid. Balance to be borrowed on a temporary
'iloan transfer from the County Road Fund to be amortized over a maximum of three years.
II A reasonable interest rate will be charged. (1% is recognized as reasonable). Loan
ito be consumated and incumbrance paid not later than February 1, 1968.
II The Prosecuting Attorney is hereby authorized to draw the necessary papers to effect the
i!lOan transfer immediately after the 1968 Budget is in effect.
