Resolution D-19 was approved as follows:
RESOLUTION NO.~9
IT APPEARS TO THE BOARD OF' JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that the Jefferson I
County Fair Association Revolving Fund does not bave sufficient cash on hand to pay alljl1the
expenses of the Fair until their allocation fr~m the State Fair Fund is received, and
BE IT RESOLVED under authority vested by RCW 36.37.040, the County Treasurer I
is empowered to transfer funds from the Current Expense Fund of the County to the Count I'
Fair Association, Revolving Fund, and . Ilill
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the ~ounty Treasurer transfer $5 000.00 to the'County
Fair Assottation Revolving Fund and when the allocation from the State Fair Fund is I
received, the Treasurer shall first deduct from such remittance the money heretofore II
transfered and the said sum of $5,000.00, and credit the same to the CURRENT EXPENSE ,I
