A RESOLUTION providing for the creation of a special
fund to control the accounti,ng covering
the p~ymcnt of the acquisition and
installation of sundry office equipment;
authori~ing a borrowing to secure funds
therefor and fixing a method for re-
payment. "
WHEREAS, heretofore it has been deemed advisable that
Jefferson County make sundry capital improvements to Court-
house office equipment and offices, and
WHEREAS, the present financial condition of t he Current
Expense Fund precludes the making thereof without borrow-
ine, and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.120 permits ~orrowing when used
for a specific purpose \-{hich in tM.s instance. shall, be .the
'cost of acquiring and installing such equipment and the
adoption of office space in order to comply, and that the
net amount needed for the purpose is the sum of .1~.~ J) J 0 o. (10,
consequently,
It is hereby found a nd declared that the public wel..
fare; convenience and the uninterrupted operation of the
public service requires this Board of County Commissioners
proceed in manner and form as hcn"ein determined i and that
