6 FUND" and to forthwith transfer rrom the County Road Fund

Be it ;further RESOLVED, and this Board of County Com-
missioners irrevocably binds the Current Expense.Fund of
Jefferson County to the prompt re-payment of said borrow-
ing, this is to say, - to cause to be extended on the tax
rolls of Jefferson County for collection during the years
1969, 1970 and 1971, a tax levy in an unlimited amount pay-
a ble for the use and benefit of' 5 aid COURTHOUSE CAPITAL

One-third thereof to be paid on or before April l~,
1969, together with interest at the rate or 3% per annum
from date of transfer from tho County Road Fund un'Ul .paidj

1970, together with interest on the remaining unpaid
balance from April 15, 1969, until paidj
One-third to be paid on or before April, 15, 1971, to-
gether wi~h i~terest on the remaining unpaid balance
from April 15, 1970,
PROVIDED HOWEVER, that nothing shall pr;e~qn,t,'th'e
sooner liquidation of said loan if financially feasible,
