Commissioners being held tomorrow November 7th. Commissioners determined that they
should remain as Water Commissioners for the additional days until the election is
determined and the ne.'! commissioners are sworn in.

The Honorable Board of County Commissioners met in regular session with all
members present.
'Letter was read from Governor Evans inviting Commissioners to attend a Civil
Defense Briefing session to be held on November 22, 1967, in Olympia.
Don Morris~n of the Olympic Health District ~Tote regarding newly adopted
Jefferson County PLatting Regulations Ordinance, Section 3 under Water and Garbage:
"A garbage disposal site must be furnished, developed and dedicated for public use
with the development".... Felt it would have an adverse effect .nth numerous small
barbage disposal sites which would create future health and County problems. ~~.
Becker the Engineer would take it under consideration and possibly talk to y~. Morrisonii
on regards to l'ecommendations. :,

Final County Road program for 1968, Hoad i3udget and Equipment Rental and Revolving
Fund Budget were reviewed. After careful consideration and review, motions for each I
were made by "'lalter Kelly and seconded by Lyall Arey to approve each of the above as
