that the County Commissioners will come down to the West End and personally investigate
the restriction the Park put on use of the County road for Hunters in the area.

RESOLUTION NO. D-23 B
k~iEREAS, UNPRECEDENT demands on the capabilities of the Sheriff's Office requ~res
reorganization and its establishment on a three shift basis;
AND \iHEREAS, existing office facilities are incompatible \'lith shift operation;
AND ~IEREAS, renovation of office space on the basement floor is necessary;
AND WHEREAS, in the salaries and wages portion of the Sheriff's 1967 Operating
Budget there is an unused salary item;
AND WHEREAS, there will be an anticipated surplus in the Maintenance and Operatio~
Di vision of the Sheriff's 1967 Operating 3udget; I
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a portion of the unused salary item in the amount
of $2025.10, and an anticipated surplus of $650.00 in Operation and Maintenance be
transfered to capital outlay in order that renovation compatible vdth the reorganization'
may occur.
