Duane Clocksin's resignation as Commissioner of' Fire District No.1 was received
Mr. Clocksin has moved out of District. It ll1as moved by Mr. Kelly and 2nd by George
Huntingf'ord to appoint Earl 3utts to fullfil the unexpired term of Duane Clocksin.

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUN'ry COI~rrSSIONERS that it is its intention
jo improve by widening and regrading 1.5 miles of County' Road No. 98
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is
hereby appropriated sums in the following ~etail:
