The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report
and proceed thereon as by law provided.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by contract in accordance
with the Sta.ndard Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of h'ashington as adopted
by this Board.

Richard L. Stuhr, Charles Litt~e and Janet Grayson appeared with copy of a
preliminary plLlt of Protection Island and a request for a public hearing for their
plat to allow them to clear sailing before their final plan is presented. ('1'0 see
if there will be any public objections to t.heir platting of Protection Island before
they put additional amounts of monies into development.) Walter Kelly moved and
Lyall Arey seconded motion to schedule public hearing for Protection Island Plat .'or
11:30 a.m., Monday, April 15th. Mr. Stuhr will endeavor to have the Health Depart-
ment approval by the hearing date.
Note reviewed from the County Regional Planning Commission that they request as
advisory planning group that the County Commisillonnera give apPl'oval to go for the
702 water and sewer comprehensive planning funds.
I.ir. Huntingford contact.ad Lloyd Brumbaugh, FHA, and set a 9: 30 a.m. meeting for
\oJednesday, March 20th, in the County Commissioners Hoom.
Commissioners adjournod to meet. with Ludlow Bee.ch Tract property owners in regard
