Arey and Kelly present.

Tom Parks, Skyway Construction appeared regarding Courthouse repair. pue to the
inability 'to get local' contractors to bid and the reluctance of Karl JacobseqWhom the
county has waited on for the new roof for the last two yc&rs, the commissioners concluded!
that it would be wiser and less costly to the coun.ty to authorize, TOI}l Parks, Skyway , I!i
Construction to proceed with the repalr to the west end of the bUllding, ~ lncludlng,
mortar and brickwo~ archway "'utter repair, reputty windows on Walker St side, repairing::
and painting (rust retardant! for domes, and the brick &, mortar repair on interior of i;
clocktower. II
Commissioner Kelly moved we give Tom Parks the authority to start the courthouse
, repair on a time and material, basis. County En&ineer is designated as ove~se~r and
inspector with weekly accountlng of progress. IllOtion was seconded by Comnussl.oner Arey
and unanimously approved.
Hr. 3checkert appeared regarding his Go-Onna Beach Tracts on Coyl.e Pellinsula. The
Ellbineer reported "11'. Scheckert has complied \'lith county requirment~. :'lc,t !Jo. 1 ",laS
signed and upj.lroved.
11: 00 a.m. hearing for Killapie.. Beach Tract. Mark Quigley appeared in behalf of
the owner:3. Engineer Becker reported all was in order and county requirements were met .i'
