Iv!r. Scheckert appeared in regard to Go OIlPCL Beach Tracts. Commissioner Kelly
moved and Commissioner Arey seconded motion to appr.ove Tract No. l. Plat No.1 was
approved and signed for filing.
Fred Margraff appeared to ask if right of way back of his property is county,
state or vacated road? Engineer Becker checked it out and reported it was on the old
State Highway.

Harold Dill appeared asking if road by Nordland store was a county road and if
it was being used. Engineer Becker advised it was a county road as far back as the
garages.
Letter was read from the Historical Committee of the PORT TO~mSEH6 Chamber of
C~mmerce was read, recommending that if the present City Hall is released for purposes
other than for which lt is now being used",it be reserved for restoration as a Museum
and the adjoining ~~dieon Street and other property in that area be developed ~s a
plaza.

Renewal of liquor licenses for Hamilton's at Clearwater and Curley's Place at
Discovery Bay were read and approved.

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is its intention to
construct a bituminous seal coat on all or parts of the county roads No.8, 10, 10-3.48-
0.51, 10-5.26, 16, l8~ 22-l.45, 30, 32, 54, 98, 301 and 302
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby
appropriated sums in the following detail:
