AGREEMENT This agreement entered between ~linnie Petersen and Jeferson County for removal of gravel: ~linnie Petersen, a widow, hereby grants permission to Jefforson County to go upon and take gravel from river bar located in Gov. Lot 5, Sect. 30, T 27 N. R 11 W., W. M. and to construct and maintain an access road across Gov. Lot 5, Sec. 3d, T 27N., R 11 W., W M and to construct and maintain an access road across Gov. Lot 5 for the purpose of removing, crushing and stockpiling said gravel. All according to'the conditions hereafter contained. 1. The term of this permit shall commence on the 15th of June, 1968 and expire June 15, 1969. '2. Approximately 15000 cubic yards of river bar gravel are to be removed under this agreement. '3. Jefferson County agrees to pay ten cents ($.10) per cubic yard for material removed, payable monthly. 4. The rights and permission hereby granted may be assigned to i.i Contractor provided. that such assignment shall not re- lieve Jefferson County of obligation or indemity arising under this agreement.
