RESOLUTION NO. 2l-68A
villEREAS, on May 20, 1968, there was filed with the Auditor of
Jefferson County, a petition for the purpose of forming a fire
district under the provisions of R. C. W. 52.04.010 et seq.,
and said Auditor having found and determined that said petition
containing a sufficient number of signatures of qualified persons,
and having attached thereto her certificate of sufficiency and on
I'.'Iay 20, -1968, 'transmi tted the same to the Board of County Com-
missioners, and said 30ard having then and there, by resolution
entered into their minutes, fixed Monday, June l7, 1968, at the
hour of 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day at the Commissioners'
Room in. the Jefferson County Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington,
as the time and place for the hearing of said petition, and
WHEREAS, at said tiiite and place said peti tion carne on for hearing,
proof having been made to the satisfaction of this Board that Notice
hereof has been given for the time and in the manner provided by
law, and no objection havin6 been made or filed, the Board pro-
ceeded to hear the petition and upon conclusion, makes the follm'ling
findings:
WHEREAS, at said time and place said petition came on for hearing,
proof having been made to the satisfaction of this Board that Notice

1. 'fhat the lands described in the petition will be conducive to
public safety, welfare &.nd convenience and should be granted.
2. The name and number of the district shall be JEFFERSON COUNTY
FInE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. if, and the boundaries thereof shall be
and are determined as follows:

21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30, 31, and 3<: in Township 25 North,

dotermine whether the district shall be organized. The election
shall be, so fur as possible, called noticed, cunducted and canvassed
