Mr. Becker reported t~at Ralph Wells Con=truction WAS low and correctly bid. Lyall
Arey moved, Walter Kelly .econded motion to accept Ralph Wells Construction bid o~
! $47,476.~0..... It was so a~arded.
Lyall A~QY moved and Walter Kelly seconded motion to give $150.00 on American
Legion request ~or a needy veteran ~or $1,000.00. The Legion will be contacted to
reaubmit their request.
Engineer Becker presented his recommended 1969 Road Construction Program and
County Road Fund Budget and Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund budget ~or the 1969
budget. Preliminarv Current Bxp~nse Budget was presented with revisions on the
Memorial Field and Courthouse wAter utili'ty budget due to the raised water rates in
Port Townsend. Commissioner Arey moved, second by Commissioner Kelly to accept the
preliminary budgets as presented and approved. (preliminary approval only) Budgets
and Road Program we~6 ~ccepted as ~ollows:
