Meeting called to order by Chairman George Huntingford with all members
present.
Phil Copps, Puget power Manager, appeared to tell the Commissioners he has been
transferred and convey his appreciation for past cooperation.
Mr. Robert Johnson, School District 50 pyschologist and chairman of the
Intragency council appeared requesting they be appointed as the County Mental Health
and Retardation Board. This was agreeable to the Commissioners and the appointment
was made.

Bob Hays appeared regarding possible vacancies on the Planning Commission
(County). Ha requested lunds tor the County Regional Planning commission for station-
ery, Clerk hire and travel expenses. They will now be meeting the 2nd and 4th
Wednesdays of each month. The commission will be traveling to the west-end of the
County October 23rd. The commissioner. advised that there would be an appropriation
made in the 1969 budget.
