Rob Cook appeared. before tUe Commissioners roquesting "NO OVERNIGHT PARKING" signs at the North Beach Park. Existing signs are torn down. Mr. Cook &cked if it would be possible for the Commissioners to pass an ordinance against overnight campers (parkezs) as City pol.ice de not feel they can roust anyone without the back up o~ an ordinance. Bob DeSkin, Port Ludlow appeared regarding a propozed Burning Disposal Site in regard to a!r pollution.
