The Honor&ble Board ctcounty commissioners was called to order by Chairman
George Huntingford with all members pr~8ent.
Brinnon newly elact0d Fire District No. 4 Commisaionera appeared requesting
direction ~rom the County Commissionera on their organization. Commissioners will
authorize a resolution for their formal ~ormation with the following terms ~or the

Tobey will be sworn in on the second Monday in January with the ~irst and
second distr.ict county commissioners.
Rob Cook appeared. before tUe Commissioners roquesting "NO OVERNIGHT PARKING"
signs at the North Beach Park. Existing signs are torn down. Mr. Cook &cked if it
would be possible for the Commissioners to pass an ordinance against overnight campers
(parkezs) as City pol.ice de not feel they can roust anyone without the back up o~ an
ordinance. Rob axtendad a Merry Christmas to all the commissioners before he le~t.

Chairman George Huntingford reported on the CRAB Meeting on December 5th in
Olympia. CRAB is granting a 90 day ar~ce period due to acquainting the new inooming
commi~sionQr~ and engineors to adopt organizational chArt Qnd administration policies
of road department.
Bob DeSkin, Port Ludlow appeared regarding a propozed Burning Disposal Site
in regard to a!r pollution. Mr. Kelly ie our Board representative on the Olympia Air
Pollution Control aCQr~. ~~ Commiesioners e:~ressed no objootions to such an install-
ation in the propoaod are~ of the rock quarry. Mr. Do~kih will tol10w up through the
Olympic Air Pollution Control Board.
