RBSOLUTION NO. 2~69
~S, Pope and Talbot Development, Inc., as
th~ ~ame of Port Ludlow No.1, granted a drainage
o~ Lots 41 and SO of Area No. 2 and,
WHBRBAS, this Board of County Commissioners having received a letter frum pope and
Talbot Development, Inc. stating that through a draft in' error the drainage easement
was shown running along the southerly boundaries 0 Lots 41 and SO when in fact the
'drainage'area lies along the southerly'boundaries of Lots 42 and 49 and,
WHEREAS, Pope and Talbot Development, Inc. as the owner o~ record of Lots 41, 42,
49 and SO of Area No. 2 of Port Ludlow No. 1 has conveyed a new drainage easement to
Jefferson County along the southerly boundaries o~ lots ~2 and 49 o~ Area No. 2 of the
Plat of Port Ludlow No. 1 and,
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board o~ County Commissioners
that it is not in the public interest to continue and maintain as a public easement:
the drainage easement as shown along the southerly
boundaries of Lots 41 and 50 of Area No. 2 of the
Plat of Port Ludlow No. 1
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED that the above description,
described easement be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 1969.

In the matter of Thorndyke Road,) Resolution to construct extension
County Road No. 9 ~
IT IS HEREBY ImSOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CClvlMISSIONERS that it is its intention
to extend the Thorndyke Road by grading, draining and surfacing miles of new
location.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is
hereby appropriated sums in.the following detail:
