Washington state Water Pollution Control Commission hearing to be held at
9,00 a.m" April 29, 1969 at Peninsula College Little Theatre Auditorium, Lauridensen
Boulavard, Port Angeles, wa. to establish a water quality standards and a plan
ox implementation and enforcement of said standards for the intra-state waters of the
counties of Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap, and the Northern portions of Grays Harbor
and Mason Counties.
Bob! Jackson appeared in regard to the Crown Z strike, he says he will do any-
thing and his older boys will do anything if the county could p ut him on.

Meeting called to order by Chairman Kelly with all the commissioners present.
EngineelC Ber.:l!ler presented the platting regulations with change in bonding
procedure. Commissioners appxoved as follows:

JEFFERSON COUN!'Y PLA '!'TING RULES AND REGULA'I'IONS
, Jefferson County, Washington
The following rule,s and regulations shall govern the platting of land in
Jefferson County, WaShington. The platting, subdididing and dedication of land in
Jefferson County, Washingtonp ahal1 c(~ply with laws of the State of Washington,
Section 58.16 R. C. W. as derived from Chapter 186, Laws of 1937.
PROCEDURE:
1. The platter submits to th~ County commissioners through the County Engineer
~ reproducable drawing or six (6) prints of the entire site that he plans to
pInt.
2. The County commissioners refor prints of the preliminary plat to the various
departments and agencies for their recommendations.
3. When the County Commisaionero have received recommendAtione from the variou.
departmonts aUld agenciss, they approve, :01' disapprove the preliminary plat.
Approval of the prelilo:[nQ:r.y plat does not imply acceptance of tho final plat.
4. FolJ.owing appro'\lal of the p:toliminary plat, a public hearing is held as
specified in R. c. W. 58.16.050. Public notice is given by the platter and an
affidavit of such is furnished to the County Commisioners.
