Bonding will be accepted xor the performance of the final stages of work necessary to complete the ground construction in the development. A per- rormance bond equal in value to twice the estimated cost of completion will be accepted for completion of crushed stone surfacing and bituminous sur- facing on the streets. The State requests the County and Port have no action due to the fact that the park is scheduled for additional im- provements on their six year program. If a boat ramp is put in, it will en1a il rip-rapping. The public par~ing facilities will be limited if used for boat trailer parking.
