: PRBLIMIN.\RY PLAT:
The subdivider shall prepare a preliminary plat of the entire area tobe
developed. The preliminary plat shall contaii the following.
1. The title o~ the pr.oposed subdivision, certification of the r.Gi8te~.d

3. The name, right of way width and location of any public roads adjacent
to the proposed plat. All existing utilities are to be shown.

USGS or other approved by the County Engineer.
6. Location and designation of all topographic features of the area to be
developed.

DEVEtOPEMENT: BONDDNG
1. Bonding will be accepted xor the performance of the final stages of work
necessary to complete the ground construction in the development. A per-
rormance bond equal in value to twice the estimated cost of completion will
be accepted for completion of crushed stone surfacing and bituminous sur-
facing on the streets. This same type bonding will be accepted in lieu
of com~etion of ather utilities required before recording.

John Nelson appeared on behalf of the Port Commission in regard to the Fbrt
building boat launching facilities at the Stateg County park facilities next to
Yelwick(South) property at Brinnon. The State requests the County and Port
have no action due to the fact that the park is scheduled for additional im-
provements on their six year program. If a boat ramp is put in, it will en1a il
rip-rapping. The public par~ing facilities will be limited if used for boat
trailer parking. This is a park used exclusively by picnicets and swimmers at
this time. Walt Kelly suggested the Port consider pleasant Harbor for boat
ramping xacilities.
