Jef~erson County does no own tidelands in front of the boat ramp at the old
Nordland Ferry landing. Mr. wood feels he may wish to utilize his tidelands. Comm.
uuntingford felt that a dead-end sign might help and st4ted that there has been
resistance to road closures as Mr. wood asked. Mr. Wood mentioned building a boat-
house approximately l5feet above high tide land.
Mr. J. o. Johnson asked for a hearing date for SeaMount Estates. Hungtmngford

He said he had contacted Mr. Egan regarding buying his property-road rightof-way, but
no consideration by Mr. Egan. A counter offer KKB made by Egan'S attorney for

his plat, bu,ing property to the north and replatting with new road access. Hungting-

proposed exchanging a light bituminous topping on their roads in exchange tor a

ajacent lots, the same with the rock quarry sit. John Swift estimated approximately
100,000 cubic yards in the 4ravel pit. Mr. Becker recommended that the pit not be
accepted. Mr. Kelly said he wanted to inspect the site before a decision. Huntingford
