trailer and caretaker for tho fair grounds.
Mr. Morrison of the Health Department appeared regarding plats that wero to be
reviewed by commissioners.
Sheriff Hansen appearedrogarding the west-Bnd ~acilitie8. Held in abeyance until
2:30 in the afternoon meeting to discuss.
Neil PGndley, retiring Augu8t, 1969, appeared to introduce Norman Pollock, Sec'ty
Teamster, Local 1589, 416 Bast First St., Port Angeles. Neil said thore had beon a
I complaint from some of the me on being called in on Sundayu, etd., then laid o~f
during the week and not getting overtime.
Mr. Becker felt there should be an architect ~or the county building, the road
department building can be metal insulated pre-tab. . .

M~. O'Meara's motion was brought up regarding licensmng the amusement license
of Mr. McKee~. Chairman Kelly seconded the motion. Final vote was O'Meara and Kelly
in favor. Huntingford abstained.
Mr. Harley Horton appeared regarding road down by the Boat Haven basin. He asked
if the Port could rent the county grader and spreader to blacktop down by the large
basin. Kelly said the county oould contract with the Port to do this work, then bill
them with pre-work written agreement and county and Port Resolution of Authority.
Mr. Don Morrison appeared to report on Bridgehaven. The Health Department feels
the sewer problem too critical in that soil. Sewerage plant would be the solution.
Septic plants will not work.
O'Meara moved and Huntingford seconded to sign approval for aale of CODnty prop~ty
as presented by treAsurer Arthur Swanson.
Letter from State PArks regarding the naming of Anderson Lake as State park.
Kelly and O'Meara liked the name of Quimpor State Park, Huntingford likes Anderson
Lake State Park. Recommendations were sent to James E. Webster, Cheif Consultant,
Education Division, Washington State Parks and Recreation, 7150 Clearwater Lalle,
Olympia, Wa. 98501.
