O'Meara moved and Hun~ingford seconded to hold Seamount Estate Division #1 and Lazy C, Oivisio~ #1 road vacation hearing be held on August 4, 1969, 10.00 a.m.. . RESOLUTION 25-69 WHEREAS, after due consi.deration. it appears to this Board of County Commissioners that it is not in the public interest tomntinue to waintain as a pa~t of the county road system: I 1. That portion of Palomino Lane lying adjacent to Lots 48 and 49 as recorded in O:i.vision I o.f Lazy "c" Ranch, located within section 34, .township 26 north, range 2 west, w. ~>!. 2. That portion of the Fulton Creek County Road No. 52 lying south of the north line of the southeast quarter of the southeast quaater o.f section 30, township 25 north. ~ange 2 west, W. M. and in contemplation o.f the language o.f the statute, R. C. W. 36.87.010, the same are useless, now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, and th~s Board of County Commissioners does now declare its intent to vacate and abandon said roads, and be it FU~THaR RBSOLVRD, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to exawine said roads and repo~t his opinion as to whether these county roads should be vacated and abandoned; whether any is in use or has been in use; the conditions therof, and whether it will be advisabl,e to preserve said roads .for the county road system in the ~uture; whether the public will be benefitted by the proposed abandonment, and all other factD, matters and things which will be of importance to the Board; and that such report be filed as soon aa practicable., e Adopted this 11th (1Qy of July, 1969.
