Jefferson County reserves the right to reject any and all
bids received, and to waive any irregularities therein.
The opinion of Preston, Thorgrimson, Horowitz, Starin & Ellis,
bond counsel of Seattle, Washington, approving the legality of the
issuance of these bonds will be furnished the successful bidder and
will be reproduced on each of said bonds at the purchaser's option, all
at the expense of the County.
The customary signature identification and nonlitigation
certificate will be ~ncluded in the Closing documents.
These bonds will be delivered in Port Townsend or Seattle,
Washington, at the expense of the County,
A financial statement regarding Jefferson County and these
bonds will be furnished prospective bidders upon request made to Marshall
and I'lcyer, Inc., 1700 Norton Building, Seattle, vlashington 981011,
