Ed Becker advised that roads were to be repaired and oiled this week. O'Meara moved and ~ntingford seconded motion regarding road vacations to grant road ~cations I.\S recommeilc1ed by .Ed Becker for Lazy C. Ranctl, portion ot Momino Lana lying adjacent to Lots ~8 and 40 ~s recorded in Division 1 of Lazy C Ranch, lOcated within Section 34, TWP 26 N, R 2W, W. M.. Vaction of that portion of the Fulton Creek ~ounty ROad No. S2 lying S~uth of the North line of the sa quarter of the ,Southeast quarter of section 30, TWP 2S N, R 2W, WM. RESOLUTION NO. 28-69 This matter coming on to b~ heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's report with respect, to the vacation and abandonment of those portions of county roads set forth in Resolution No. 2S-69 adopted the l4~h day of July, 1969, and it appearing to the Board of county Commissioners that notice of hearing upon said Engineer's report has been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication being now on"tileherein, and said Board having proceeded to consider the report of theEngineer; together with the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premised, does now find and determine (l) That those portions hereinafter sescribed are not useful as parts of the county road system; (2) That the public will be benefitted by the vacation thereof, NOW THEREFORE, Ba IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED that That:portion of Palomino Lane lying adjacent to Lots 18 and 49 as' recorded in Division I of Lazy "c" Ranch, located within section 34, township 26, north, range 2 west, W. Seasonal high water tables in Quilcene area (flat area) indicate of , tutbre probleme. Indian and Marrowatone Islands indicate need for sewago system due toi slow moving tides.
